Short course for estate agents on Condition Assessment of Properties: Invest in your future – Protect both yourself and your clients by understanding the condition of the property you are marketing
This 7-module online SAHITA course for South African estate agents teaches you everything you need to know about assessing the condition of any property which you will be marketing. This course won’t make you an expert building inspector, but it will:
- Give you confidence to quickly and accurately assess the severity of cracks and damp and also the likely latent defects which may be present in the roof, plumbing, drains, electrical and stormwater management systems.
- Persuade you how recommending a good home inspector to your buyer or seller can enhance your reputation as a property professional.
The course fee is R4 599 (inclusive of VAT)
Online access to the modules is granted as soon as confirmation of payment has been received.
Summary of Module Content:
Each module (1-7) has a 20-question quiz designed to test the student’s understanding of the material. The student must achieve a minimum of 80% in each quiz before proceeding to the following module.
